This spacious condo has 1,000 square feet so that you can enjoy ample room for entertainment and relaxation. Outside, you are mere steps away from our lovely white sand beaches that are perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and enjoying the best of San Jose del Cabo. Cabo beaches are legendary and ours is amongst the best in the region.
From your window, enjoy incredible, endless ocean views. Gaze upon the exquisite flora and fauna that makes this region of Mexico a top-tier travel destination. Views of dazzling white sand and azure sea beckon. Your eyes will never tire of the nature on display for you to enjoy.
Inside the condo, you can kick back with new, modern appliances in a well-equipped kitchen, and well-appointed and comfortable furniture. Prepare meals in style with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. When it comes to luxury, we have you fully covered.
In the bedroom, you will sleep well on our comfortable, new, cal-king bed. Awaken to views of the Sea of Cortez and palm-lined beaches. Step out onto the balcony and greet the warm morning air and enjoy the evenings gazing at the stars. There’s nothing like going to sleep and waking up in paradise.
The walk-in shower and luxurious bathroom are the perfect way to freshen up for a day at the beach or a night on the town. Large countertop, a full mirror, and a spacious shower are a few of the bathroom amenities for your comfort.
The living space is classically styled. We have carefully curated this space to give you a taste of this ocean paradise. Air conditioning, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, beach chairs and umbrellas, and other amenities to make your life easier and your vacation more enjoyable are all included so that you can enjoy the best of this seaside paradise.
Amenities
When you stay with us in Costa Caracol, you have access to the entire Casa del Mar Resort grounds. This
includes 7 pools, the El Arroyo and Saltwater restaurants, the Maguey Lounge and Bar and the
Reflections, and a large fire pit. There are few swimmable beaches in Cabo, but swimmable beach is
within walking distance of Casa del Mar (see clickable overhead picture for reference). There are regular
activities such as yoga and stretch classes, pickle ball, tennis and golf. Parking is free on the property and
plenty of it is close to our condo.
For stays longer than a weekend, we highly recommend renting a car. If you need shuttle transportation
to the condo, we recommend TransCabo Shuttle Service. If you select them, you will need to choose the
older name of the resort which is Casa del Mar Golf Resort and Spa from the dropdown menu as they
have not yet updated the destination resort name to Zoetry Casa del Mar (Current name). Please
anticipate about 2hrs from touch down, through customs and immigration to condo if you are renting a
car and about 45mins to 1hr if using a shuttle service.

Incredible Location Right On the Sea of Cortez
Location, location, location! Casa Del Mar is nestled right in the heart of Los Cabos, giving you the perfect springboard to an enchanting vacation experience. Directly across the street is the award-winning championship golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones II. Enjoy horseback riding along the stunning beaches right outside your door. Zip-lining, mountain biking, ATV’s, bungee jumping, and side-by-sides can all be found at Wild Canyon right down the road. There’s also a small water park for toddlers if you are bringing the littles. If you like hiking, you will be pleased with the nearby option of Cabo Real with its stunning panoramic views. If you want to go further afield, you are well situated close to the various world-class natural and urban attractions of Los Cabos.
For those who are into sports and fitness, you are covered. We have everything from tennis courts, swimming, yoga, walking, and jogging right on the property. Its 27-acres is lined with walking paths.
Kids and families will especially love the seasonal baby turtle releases, tide pools, and swimmable coves. For those who love fishing, Cabo sport fishing is legendary, and we have our favorites. Bisbee’s Black and Blue…. you won’t want to miss it!
Surfing: “Some of the best swells in this region are during the summer months. June through August is peak surf season.
HOUSE RULES
1) Neustra casa es su casa…We consider each of our guests like family. We appreciate your desire to share our coastal home and enjoy Los Cabos. We would like everyone to return someday and stay with us. Please take care of her as you would your own so she greets you with the same warmth and hospitality each time.
2) Please feel free to partake in any “leftovers” in the fridge and more importantly, on the bar. After all, it IS vacation . We do ask though, that if you finish a bottle of something, or a condiment, etc, please head to the store when you can and replace it with something for the remainder of your stay as well as for the next guests. If everyone keeps up this mantra, there will always be extra goodies waiting for them on their next visit. This makes us happy!
3) As with the above, if you use any chairs, boogie boards, towels etc for the beach, please make sure they are rinsed off and returned to the condo.
4) Please do NOT take bath towels to the pool or beach. We have designated beach and pool towels. They are under the bathroom sink on the right and are blue/purple and blue/green or Blue/White striped. Please, do NOT hang
towels over the railing please. This is a violation of our HOA rules.
5) If you break anything, please replace it. If it’s not something replaceable, please contact our property manager to arrange a replacement.
6) Washer and Dryer available. Please bring your own laundry soap and dryer sheets. Our W/D is condo sized so please do not overload them.
7) Most Important: No Pets/Animals Allowed! Due to severe pet related allergies in our families, No Animals are allowed in our unit.
